My name is Byanka Randolph & I’m currently living in Tucson, AZ.

What inspired you to become a coach?

I was inspired to become a coach my first year of joining CrossFit. Although I didn’t fulfill that until four years later, I wanted to become a coach to help others know what it’s like to achieve physical goals they never thought they could, such as getting your first push-up, pull-up, or being able to lift heavy ass weight. I wanted to help others along their journey of empowerment via fitness.

  • 14.1 oz. (400g) chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup (250g) eggplant, cubed
  • 1 can 14.5 oz. (400g) chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup (100g) sun-dried tomatoes, drained & chopped
  • 1⁄4 cup (50g) olives, sliced

-1 tsp. coconut oil
-2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
-2 carrots, peeled and chopped
-1 red pepper, chopped
-2 red onions, chopped

Hi! My name is Hugh Lewis and I’m based in Jamaica.

What inspired you to become a coach as a Sports Therapist Trainer?

I have always been fascinated with how the human body works. However, my interest started while running track in high school after visiting a physical therapist for treatment. The manner in which she explained everything to me was so clear and from that I realized the importance of proper training and made it a duty to really look more into the profession of a sports therapist.
