Healthy Teriyaki Chicken
For this month’s Recipe Of The Month, we’re looking to @luciiacro and her take on Teriyaki Chicken! Give it a try, especially if you’re looking for a delicious and easy midweek meal. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-2 lb chicken (trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces)
-1 jar healthy teriyaki sauce (of your choosing)
-1 tbsp olive oil, salt & pepper
-Green onions
-Sesame seeds
Suggested sides:
-Brown rice
-Sugar snap peas
-Bell pepper (cut lengthwise)
Directions:
1). In a skillet, heat up olive oil until hot.
2). Add chicken and season with salt & pepper.
3). Once the chicken is cooked through add the sauce and let it simmer on low for 10 minutes.
4). Once done add a handful of green onions and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
5). Cook rice according to packaging. 6). For veggies, heat up a tsp olive oil, add to the pan and sauté until the veggies are soft.
